Events at Nerdly Beach Party fall into four timeslots each day: the “Ad-Hoc” Morning slots, the Afternoon slots, the Evening slots, and the Late Night slots. Games are not scheduled for Morning slots, and you are invited to put together pick-up games with whoever happens to be awake before noon. The Afternoon slot starts after lunch and ends before dinner, and the Evening slot happens after dinner; these are the busiest timeslots. The “Late Night” slot (usually only Saturday) starts around midnight.
